Lately teachers and counselors have all been asked if they “Could fill out a little recommendation form for NJAHS?”
Now what is NJAHS you ask?
Well, it stands for National Junior Art Honor Society and this is the stand in for Art Club this year. And I think it’s going to be a hit, already I’ve seen so many kids turning in their forms with the recommendations and paragraphs all completed.
This Honor Society will help kids with their art skills and drawing techniques as well as having them help out and decorate the school a bit hopefully. The deadline has been extended to October 6 so hurry with those forms! Also, a thank you to Mrs. Choi for creating this in the first place. It’s a great opportunity for kids to expand their skill set.
