“Everyone improved every race,” reports Coach Frerking. Almost 50 students from the 7th and 8th grades came out for the 2nd Cross Country season. EvanK and BenN led the way for the boy’s team while BrookeF, EllaB and NatalieS led the girls.
Cross country is a sport where individuals compete and teams compete. They have to run outside, up and over all natural obstacles. This is the first year for the district course which is located at Blue Valley High School.
